All My Clubs Fit My Ogio Golf Bag
June 2nd, 2010 by articlesWhen I began golfing, any bag would do to hold my clubs. Simply because I was using a lot of hand me downs and cheap clubs I found second hand. I collected a nicer set of clubs, worthy of showing other golfers, as my game improved. I needed a new bag that would be able to comfortably fit everything while also be easy on me as I carried it on the golf course. I looked through the options and found two options I liked. The first one was the Ogio golf bags, and the second were the Callaway Golf Bags..
My golf club set mostly consisted of Callaway clubs like the Callaway Big Bertha Driver. The Callaway clubs are recommended through online sites, and they are available to try at the Golf Town store in my city, hence the reason I had so many of them. I did have a mix of others from Ping, Taylormade and a few from Nike. My putter stayed as my original Wilson putter, since I really didnt think a quality putter would make a big difference. So I wanted to make sure there was areas to place my keys, phone and wallet and that all my clubs fit.
The Ogio bag came in a range of varieties including one that had a 14 divider section in it. These would be perfect for my mix of regular and hybrid golf clubs, as I could separate them out by types. The colors from Ogio was what made me select them in the end, althoguh Callaway also had great bags to choose from. The colors I found were more plain colors like red and black to something more unique with a plaid mix. After my purchase, I tried the bag out for comfort and fitment. All the clubs went in with ease and did not have a cluttered feeling. It also felt great carrying it on the course. Organization of my clubs was easy and it allowed me to concentrate my efforts on the actual golf play. I was able to find the bag i liked, even though many others probably would have been ok too. Weight was a concern for me, but it may not be for those who are always driving a cart around. In the case that I start driving around in a cart, I can always upgrade to a sturdier bag if needed.
